The Ministry Standard
Dr. Renee’s ministry service is presented separately from her marketplace consulting so that neither expression is diminished. Professional fees compensate preparation, expertise, time, and structured advisory work. Honoraria support ministry assignments and sacred service.
Weddings and structured pastoral sessions may use defined professional service fees. Preaching, funerals, dedications, and other sacred requests are considered through an honorarium or request-based process.

Requests are reviewed for alignment, availability, location, timing, pastoral fit, and the preparation required.
Any honorarium, professional fee, travel, accommodations, rehearsal, preparation, or additional expectations are confirmed in writing.
Pastoral guidance offers biblical encouragement and spiritual support; it is not clinical therapy, emergency intervention, medical care, or legal advice.
Marriage officiation is subject to applicable jurisdictional requirements and timely receipt of the information needed to prepare well.
