As a founding pastor and global voice, she has served for more than 37 years in ministry, pioneering impactful faith-based movements while expanding her reach into the corporate, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial worlds. She continues to provide advisory and mentorship to senior leadership, helping to shape future-forward strategies rooted in values, vision, and innovation.

Dr. Renee is the award-winning author of 12 empowering books, including the best-seller Suffering in Silence, and has been featured across major faith-based and mainstream media platforms. Her impactful contributions to community and national service earned her the Barack Obama Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award.

She is the founder of Destiny Empowerment Enterprises, Inc. and Women of Influence, Inc., two transformational nonprofit organizations that equip women, youth, and underserved communities through housing, empowerment, and life-skills programs. Her most recent initiative, Finally Home at Rachel’s House, provides in-community housing, life skills and wrap-a-round support for youth (ages 18-24) aging out of foster care pursuing higher education or vocational training.

With a background that includes owning multiple businesses—a restaurant franchise, boutique, travel agency, early childhood development center, and more—Dr. Renee continues to lead with excellence, faith, and fierce determination. She holds a B.S. in Business Marketing, a Master of Biblical Studies, and a Doctorate of Religious Philosophy, and has been awarded seven honorary doctorates in recognition of her pioneering leadership and lifelong commitment to empowering others.
